Dixon offers a wide selection of vibratory bowl feed systems in either cascade aluminum or stainless steel bowls. Our feeder bowls are tooled for both threaded fasteners and a wide range of piece parts. The vibratory bowls can be furnished complete with feed tracks, supporting structure, supply hoppers and controls. Bowls sizes range from 9 inches (48.6mm) to 36 inches (914.4mm) in diameter. For delicate piece parts and special plated parts, the bowls can be furnished with a plastic coating, which also helps to reduce the sound level. |
