This Screwdriving Cell provides a stationary work holding fixture, and equipped with either a Blow-Fed or Track-Fed Automatic Screwdriving Head for a hands free assembly operation. The Cell can also be furnished with Part Placing Heads for the assembly of non-threaded piece parts. This Cell has many optional features, and enables easy retooling of both the placement head and fixture for future product changes.

This Screwdriving Cell provides a Rotary Indexing Fixture, and equipped with either a Blow-Fed or Track-Fed Automatic Screwdriving Head for a hands free assembly operation. The Rotary Fixture can be programmed to allow driving fasteners at random placements around a 360º bolt circle up to 305mm in diameter. The Cell can be used for a part placement assembly by replacing the Screwdriver Head with a Part Placement Head. This basic Work Cell has many optional features and enables easy retooling of both the placement head and fixture for future product changes.

The 610mm diameter dial can be programmed to accommodate a multiple number of indexes around the 360º bolt circle. The Cell can be used for a part placement assembly by replacing the Screwdriver Head with a Part Placement Head.
