Consumer Tools - Pruner Assembly Cell

The Pruner Assembly Cell consists of an assembly dial, work stations, and an offload conveyor system.

  • Model SD-111 drives Lock Nut to a pre-determined torque then backs nut off 5 degrees

  • Model SD-110 Screwdriver with automatic clutch drives the #4 x .225 in. (5.72 mm) long Cross Recess Pan Head Screw

  • Model AP-325 Part Placer places and holds the Pruner Lock Cap against the Pruner as the screw is being inserted
