F-R-L UNIT
Filter-regulator-lubricator units are sized for proper airflow, and includes an air pressure regulator, and a 5 micron filter element.

UTILITY MODULE
An electrical and pneumatic utility module allows all of the electrical wiring and pneumatic connections to be at a central location on a common support structure, including the F-R-L unit, and air pressure regulator.

OPTIC and DUAL HAND SWITCHES
Optic-dual hand switches and manual palm buttons provide cycle start of the part placing station with anti-tie-down control features. The optic-dual switches provide an ergonomic control for the operator.

FOOT SWITCH CONTROL
Foot switch used with anti-repeat controls to initiate machine cycle is offered for hands free applications.

SOUND ENCLOSURES
Dixon has several types of sound enclosures with sizes to accommodate up to 36 in. (914 mm) feeder bowls. All enclosures are lined with a sound proofing material, and fitted with a lift off clear Lexan cover.

SUPPLY HOPPERS
Standard Supply Hoppers are available in both low carbon and stainless steel construction. Standard sizes are offered in (1) cubic and (2) cubic foot capacities. Each hopper has a part level sensing switch and control. Hoppers may also be purchased with "quick-dump" features. Hoppers include an amplitude control, installation, and electrical hook-up.
