Dixon Escapement Configurator
Dixon has an escapement configurator to assist users in selecting an escapement to suit their particular application. Help screens are available should you need assistance in completing the configuration process. |

|
Ideal for applications requiring the escapement to retract out from under a placement head. The escapement tooling cams up and over the piece part on the back stroke. This model is available with a 2-inch (50.8mm) or a 3-inch (76.2mm) stroke. The blank front and rear escapement fingers must be configured to suit the piece parts being escaped.

| Model ES-48 |
|
Used for applications where piece parts feed up to a positive detented position. The rammer tooling is lifted on the return stroke enabling piece parts in the track time to move forward. This model is available with 2-inch (50.8mm), 2.5-inch (63.5mm), 3-inch (76.2mm), 3.5-inch (88.9mm) and 4-inch (101.6mm) stroke. The blank front and rear escapement fingers must be configured to suit the piece parts being escaped.
