This cell is designed and manufactured to install twelve (12) Recoil Inserts into the filter cover holes of a Main Transmission Housing Assembly.
- 800mm "X" and 400mm "Y" axis Cartesian robot
- Servo controlled driving head
- vibratory Feed System with de-tangler, orienting mechanism, and sound enclosure
- Automatic Clamping Fixture
- Control System complete with PC robot controller and PLC machine controls including an operator interface screen
- vision system utilized for exact locating of threaded holes and quality control
- Perimeter Guard complete with light curtain, and electrically-interlocked doors
